"Hibbert has been a longtime client, and we were happy to have extended their stay at both of these locations," says Steve Tolcash, executive vice president of GVA Williams Buschman of Lawrenceville, NJ, who arranged both transactions. "Their track record of steady growth in their business lines has been very strong. Hibbert is Trenton's largest private employer and a leader in the region."
The first deal was for 185,200 sf at 200 Kelsey Ave. in Ewing Twp., which is located across the street from Hibbert's headquarters in Trenton. The second was for 164,175 sf at 1100 Route 130 in Washington Twp., NJ in the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 7A market. The separate owners of the two properties are local private partnerships. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Hibbert's mostly web-based service lines include the distribution of marketing materials, program administration and direct marketing and database management.
