"As a result, there is a real demand for office space. We fully support Buchanan's plan to build three speculative office buildings and expect that they will be filled quickly."
Hubert Construction LLC is on board to build the structures, which are being designed by Morgan Gick McBeath & Associates. Construction is expected to wrap up on all three next July.
