800 Technology Drive is one of seven facilities in the MetroSouth Corporate Center, and is 85% occupied. Sick will share the facility with tenants Boston Mutual Insurance Co., Medical Specialties and DalTile, among others.
The office park itself is a 1.5 million-sf development owned and managed by Conroy Development Corporation. Constructed in phases, the park is 90% completed and is comprised of office, R & D, warehouse/distribution and hotel uses. Conroy owns and manages a number of properties in the Metro South region and manages the Canton Commerce Center, a two-million sf multi-tenant R & D industrial park.
Sean Teague, principal, and Tom Kent, vice president of Trammell Crow represented Sick. Senior vice president Joe Lynch represented Conroy Development.
