LAKEWOOD, NJ-Paramount Realty Services, based here, has put two of its projects on the market, according to Maurice Zekaria, the firm's director of acquisitions. The larger of the two is a mixed-use project in Old Bridge.
The Crossings at Old Bridge has yet to be developed. The proposed 500,000-sf project has received preliminary approvals, including a general development permit that expires in 10 years, for 98 townhouses, 131 residential condos and 140,000 sf of commercial space, according to Zekaria.
The second asset is Seaman's Plaza in Eatontown located just across from Monmouth Mall. The property is 100% leased to Seaman's Furniture and Ski Barn, both of which recently re-upped for 10 years. Seaman's Plaza is on the market for approximately $8. 5 million, according to Zekaria.
Paramount, which owns and manages more than two million sf of shopping centers and offices buildings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has most recently been an active buyer of properties. The company has recent spent more than $70 million for several properties in the two states, and is also involved in developing projects in Marlton, Lakewood and Brick, NJ.
