CLS is expanding and relocating from its current address, Stergis Drive in Dedham. "We've got 19 locations here in New England and our current distribution center is maxed to capacity," vice president of operations Jim Crabtree tells GlobeSt.com. "What we're trying to do is get better access for our customers."
Built in 1976, 165 University Ave. is a two-story office/warehouse/R & D facility that sits on 5.86 acres. Located just off Route 128, the building has nine loading docks and 158 parking spaces. After renovations, CLS expects to be fully moved in and operational by February 1, 2005.
