St. Leonard's Ministries, based on the West Side, has used the buildings as a residential recovery halfway house for adult female ex-offenders. In addition to Grace House, St. Leonard's Ministries also operates St. Leonard's House at 2100 W. Warren Blvd., where it provides transitional housing for men; and St. Andrew's Court at 50 N. Hoyne, where it provides additional services to men who have completed programs at St. Leonard's House.
