The Maryland properties include Mt. Airy's Ridge Swim Club where a 3,700-sf bathhouse will accompany the swimming facilities, Decatur Farms in Berlin, which will have a 2,900-sf community center, and Landover's Campus Way Community Center at Tartan Village where Hubert will develop a 6,600-sf community center. In Virginia, Wakeland Manor Pool House in Stephens City will get a 4,600-sf community center and bathhouse, Ashburn's Ashbrook Community Center will bet a 2,000-sf bathhouse, and in Loudoun County, a 4,400-sf bathhouse and recreation center will be developed at South Riding Recreation Center. Also in Virginia, a 1,250-sf bathhouse will be built at Occoquan's River falls Community Center and Colonial Heritage Williamsburg Country Club and Sport Center in Williamsburg will get a 32,000-sf country club, complemented by a 9,000-sf sports center.
