Some 1,000 sf will be used as "safety training space." It had been leasing 16,000 sf in Highlands Ranch in Douglas County.
"Our new address will give our team members a more central location for working with our clients across the Front Range and in Colorado's mountain communities" says Tim Walsh, head of Mortenson's Colorado operations.
In addition to construction services, Mortenson also provides development services and design-build project delivery. The company is working on the Denver Art Museum addition, the 1616 Glenarmrenovation in Downtown Denver, and the Denver Health Far Western addition and projects at Stapleton, which is being developed by Forest City.
