Ballenger Lands Grubb Post, Harrington Widens Role

DENVER-Long-time CB Richard Ellis broker Mark Ballenger joins the local Grubb & Ellis office as executive vice president while Tim Harrington focuses on business development.

Over the years, Ballenger has been involved in land sales, landlord and tenant representation, build-to-suits, and investment sales. His client list includes Level 3 Communications and Ford Motor Co.

Harrington, a senior broker and 20-year veteran with the Denver office, will be taking on an expanded role, focusing more of his time on business development for the office. Harrington notes that he has known Ballenger for the past 20 years and he looks forward to Ballenger helping the Grubb & Ellis office grow.
