In separate industrial sales in the Simi Valley, Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc. reports that buyers acquired buildings totaling approximately 22,844 sf for $3.5. The properties included an 11,329-sf building that sold for $1.7 million at 4511 Ish Drive and an 11,715-sf building that sold for $1.8 million sale located at 4537 Ish Drive. The seller in both cases was D&B Simi LLC, which was represented by Mike Tingus, Colin Foutz and Randy Kobata of Lee & Associates. The buyer in the first transaction was Voss Industries, a manufacturer of aerospace, automotive, defense and industrial products, which was represented by Terry Sicilliano of ReMAX Simi Valley. In the second deal, buyer P.W. Gillibrand Co., a manufacturer of construction sand and gravel, was represented by Bobby Swanson of Troop Real Estate. Kobata comments that the sales prices in both of the transactions set a new benchmark for such properties in this market.
