Grubb & Ellis Co. team members Bob Pagano and Chuck Ginster represented Standard Components. Jack Coury, SIOR, and Geoff Hill, SIOR, CCIM of Grubb & Ellis represented David N. Pardun, owner of 6400 Sterling Dr. North.

Meanwhile, Independent Window Repair has leased 11,932 sf at 56308 N. Bay Dr. in nearby Chesterfield Township. Grubb & Ellis brokers Pagano and Jack Coury represented the tenant as well as building owner, Chesterfield Park Association.

Woods Properties LLC leased the 4,900-sf 34600 Klein to Merilab Inc. Grubb & Ellis' Chris Dowell and Eugene Agnone brokered the deal.
