The signing was arranged by Vincent Marano, COO, and Tom Stange, leasing director of National Business Parks. The Princeton-based firm is Zirinsky's leasing and management arm. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.

The tenant is a 20-year-old private company that specializes in the design and manufacture of fiber-optic components and systems for the medical device, pharmaceutical, scientific research, laser manufacturing and telecom industries. All of the company's administration, design and assembly operations are located at the site.

The formerly vacant building, acquired by Zirinsky last year, has undergone a major renovation leading to the effort to fill the space, according to Marano. Other recent signees include Stellar Academy, a childhood learning center, which took 16,000 sf, and smaller spaces taken by American Express Financial Advisors, the Legato law firm and Better Care Pediatrics.
