Broder & Sachse Relocates To Larger Quarters

BIRMINGHAM, MI-The real estate development firm and construction company moves to larger location, in a 50,000-sf building it acquired this summer from Dart Properties.

The companies had been operating from Farmington Hills. Border & Sachse now occupies 10,000 sf at the 260 E. Brown St. building in Birmingham. Border & Sachse owns the building and the new quarters are about 20% larger that its previous location.

Broder & Sachse acquired the 50,000 sf building from Dart Properties in summer 2004.
