Southboro Executive Place is three-story red brick office building totaling 70,762 sf. Located on Route 9, the building is in close proximity to a number of restaurants, day care centers and hotels.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed. RBJ currently lists the property as having 7,000 sf available. "Southboro Executive Place is a very attractive location in the I-495 West area," says John Lashar, partner at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. "We are seeing significant interest in the remaining available space."
Advance Realty Group owns two other properties in Massachusetts, the three-building, 217,250-sf Westborough Executive Park, and the Shattuck Office Center in Andover, a 62,806 sf class A office.
