Stevenson, a former NFL offensive lineman for Seattle, San Diego and Detroit, has more than nine years' experience as a broker in the metro-Phoenix market. He joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro in 1998 to specialize in industrial properties. During his career has been involved in nearly 400 lease transactions exceeding four million sf and a volume valued at more than $100 million.
Recently, Stevenson was involved in a 225,000-sf lease with Samaritan Health Services, 125,000-sf lease with Osborn West Industrial Park and the sale of 24 industrial acres in Tempe for Ziggy Enterprises Ltd. Other clients include Domino's Pizza, Alameda Chemical and Scientific and Mercy Health Care.
