Among the tenants that make their home at the property are Inova Health System, Kenson Automotive and Fairfax Gymnastics. Built in 1970, the Pickett Road Portfolio consists of the 24,000-sf W&N North Building, the 25,000-sf W&N South Building, the 42,000-sf Karrageorge Building and the 18,000-sf Erasmus Hall, which is fully occupied by a single tenant.
The new owners plan to reposition the property as a significant number of the leases turnover in the future. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, ChevronTexaco, while the joint venture represented itself.
