Clear Channel Radio's operations include radio broadcasting, syndication and independent media representation. It will use the new space for offices and radio broadcasting. Phil Schenkel, regional VP for the property owner, Plymouth Meeting-based Brandywine Realty Trust, says his company "worked very closely with Clear Channel to accommodate their specialized needs including those required for the operation of radio station."

Richard Lewis, regional VP for the tenant, calls the building "a state-of-the-art facility for our six Philadelphia radio stations and a wonderful showcase for Clear Channel Entertainment and other Clear Channel divisions." Clear Channel Radio serves more than 110 million listeners in local communities across the US each week. It is based in San Antonio, TX and is a division of Clear Channel Communications Inc., a global media and entertainment company.

Peter Stevens and Mitch Marcus of CBRE represented Clear Channel. Bill Wilson, in-house director of leasing for Brandywine, spoke for the owner. Bala Pointe Office Center is a two-story office building at the intersection of the Schuylkill Expressway and Route 1. It is newly renovated with a refurbished lobby, hallways, bathrooms and upgraded sprinklers and windows. The center has an on-site café, covered parking and Brandywine's proprietary eTenants' communication and amenities system.
