Investment Group Relocates to 100 Federal St.

BOSTON-The investment banking group moves across the street and expands its offices from 3,000 to nearly 16,000 sf.

Built in 1971, 100 Federal St. is the former national headquarters of Bank Boston and is currently owned by Bank of America. The 41-story, 1,355,612 sf building underwent renovations in 1992, including the modernization of the lobby and the outdoor plaza.

The building is currently 88% occupied, according to leasing agent Trammell Crow's website. William J. Crean Jr. represented the tenant in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
