The property was developed in phases of 22 units each by the Hawthorne, NY-based Ginsburg Development LLC. The initial phase opened in April 2002 and the project was completed in August 2003.
The garden-style gated community consists of a total of 15 individual buildings. Fifty-four of the units are age-restricted, limited to residents of 50 years and older. Another 40 units are reserved for low- to moderate-income residents and comply with New Jersey Fair Housing Laws, according to the spokesman. APF is a nationwide commercial mortgage lender with a current loan servicing portfolio of more than $7 billion.
