Carrying the address of 520 N. Capitol St. on Capitol Hill, Phoenix Park was developed in 1922 and has held a spot on the Historic Hotels list of the National Trust for Historic Preservation since 2002. The property is also known around the District for being the home of authentic Irish pub the Dubliner.
As for what's in store for Phoenix Park, Crestline Hotels & Resorts president Dave Durbin says, "We look forward to maintaining the historical charm of the hotel while adding modern business conveniences for our guests and the local community to enjoy."
