The apartment units will range from 585 sf to 1,100 sf, and the complex will include two levels of below-ground parking totaling approximately 480 spaces. The location affords easy access to the freeway system, public transportation, public parks, schools and healthcare facilities, notes John Huskey, president of Meta Housing Corp., whose principals have been active in financing, constructing and managing senior housing communities since 1969 and have developed more than 10,000 single-family and multifamily residential units throughout Southern California.The apartment complex will also be the home of a new Century/LIFT facility, an on-site tutoring facility created through Culver City-based Century Housing's More Than Shelter programs. The center will be staffed with tutors to help local students with their homework.
