The new tenant was represented by David E. Knee and Robert C. Kossar, executive vice presidents of Binswanger/Klatskin of Teterboro, who served as the sole brokers in the transaction. The asset is owned by Schenkman-Kushner Affiliates of Bridgewater. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.
