SunGard, a provider of software and services for higher education, is relocating from 141 Portland St. and will lease 12,801 sf. Flagship Ventures, an early-stage capital investment firm, is relocating from 150 CambridgePark Drive in Alewife, and will occupy the entire seventh floor of the building, consisting of 20,960 sf.
Built in 1985, One Memorial Dr. is a 17-story, 352,905 sf office which sits on 1.7 acres overlooking the Charles River. Located near Kendall Square, the building was designed by Huygens and DiMella, and features a six-level parking garage with more than 360 parking spaces.
