99 Erie St. is a 27,960-sf building research building featuring modem laboratory space. Fully renovated in 1998, it offers a strategic biotech location within two blocks of University Park at MIT and is in close proximity to the MIT campus. Tucker Hansen and Joe Flaherty of Meredith & Grew brokered the transaction between the Ensemble and DakoCytomation.
