Two of the complex's three buildings are currently occupied. The 293,000-sf 111 Interstate Blvd. is leased to Wel Cos., Invacare and Fisher & Paykel. The 526,000-sf 115 Interstate Blvd., meanwhile, is fully leased to the Children's Place retail chain, which uses it as a distribution center.
The one vacant building is the 419,000-sf 113 Interstate Blvd., which is still under construction. As part of its property management agreement with Allianz Life, Matrix will complete construction for tenant fit-outs once the building is ready for occupancy.
