Navarro, most recently with Maguire Properties, is a 20-year real estate industry veteran who joins Bentley Forbes as the Los Angeles-based investment firm expands its acquisition criteria to include a growing focus on multitenant properties, comments David W. Cobb, president and CEO of the firm. Navarro will work with the firm¹s executive committee and oversee portfolio management responsibilities for its national portfolio of class A office, industrial, warehouse and retail properties. At Maguire, he oversaw asset management responsibilities for approximately 1.2 million sf of class A office property.
At Rossetti, Meyer was appointed a principal and managing director of the firm, where he will be responsible for marketing, development and management of major architectural projects with the objective of expanding Rossetti's practice on the West Coast. The new Rossetti managing director, who is president of the American Institute of Architects California Council, will continue in that post as well as on the AIA board of directors in California. He served as a partner and a practice leader at Altoon + Porter Architects for 18 years, overseeing commercial mixed-use projects in the United States and Europe.
At Crescent, Miller will be responsible for developing investment opportunities on the West Coast. The new Crescent SVP joined the company in July 2003 as an SVP. Before that, he served as managing director with Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group, where he led the firm's Western US practice for 19 years. A 26-year industry veteran, he specialized in capital markets and investment management services for Jones Lang LaSalle's domestic and overseas clients.
