According to Alan Curtis, managing director for ProLogis, "Both the Co-operative Group and the Pallet Network will be able to take advantage of some of the newest and most strategically located distribution facilities in the United Kingdom. Coventry and Rugby are important links between northern and southern England, and as such are prime locations for nationwide distribution."
Coventry is centrally located roughly 20 miles southeast of Birmingham. The ProLogis complex there comprises six buildings and is located less than two miles from Junction 3 of the M6 and about 20 km from the M1. ProLogis has now fully let the Park's total 1.5 million sf and plans to begin construction on 220,000 sf on the final plot of land. Other tenants on the Coventry site include Tesco, Exel Logistics and Bridgestone.
Rugby is located about 10 miles southeast of Coventry and serves the Midlands and Southeast. The park is located at the junction of the M6 and M1 Midlands/South interchange.
