Two exclusive tenant rep assignments were also completed for Burlington Coat Factory in Bristol, PA. The Burlington, NJ-based retailer took a pair of distribution spaces, 300,000 sf and 40,000 sf within Bristol Industrial Park. The two facilities are jointly owned by Principal Life and Frank A. Greek & Son Inc. of East Brunswick, NJ. The terms were similarly not disclosed.
Howard L. Applebaum, president of locally based Corporate America Realty & Advisors arranged the three leases. "I have had a longstanding strategic business relationship with Burlington Coat Factory," he tells GlobeSt.com. "That relationship has spanned 20 years and has resulted in more than 1.5 million sf of transactions."
