The Grafton is near popular West Hollywood nightspots such as The Roxy, The Viper Room, the House of Blues and the Sky Bar. The hotel, which opened in 2000, features the Boa steakhouse and lounge, a fitness center, valet parking, an outdoor pool and Mediterranean garden, and an executive board room.

LaSalle believes that the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood hotel markets "have rebounded significantly since 2001, and are poised for a strong and sustained recovery over the next several years," says Jon Bortz, chairman and CEO of LaSalle Hotel Properties. OLS, a national operator of upscale hotels including Le Parc Suite Hotel, which is also located in West Hollywood, has managed the Grafton since it opened.
