Rick Fahey and John Boyle, principals at Trammell Crow, represented Winter, Wyman & Co., while Bill Elder, regional leasing director of the Shorenstein Co., which currently owns Bay Colony, represented the landlord. The office park is reportedly under agreement to Beacon Capital Partners, who will pay $274 million for the property. The deal is expected to close in the very near future.

One of four buildings in the park, 950 Wyman St. is a four-story ,256,720 sf structure that was built in 1985. Trammell Crow's website lists the occupancy rate of the building at 77.6% and the overall figure for the park exceeds 91%.
