Sterling Medical Center, a 406,000 sf multi-tenant medical facility, currently leases approximately 150,000 sf of space to Greater Boston hospitals, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center's oncology unit, Tufts New England Medical Center and Newton Wellesley Hospital's Urgent Care Center. Children's Hospital will occupy the remaining space of approximately 250,000 sf.

Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group of Robert E. Griffin Jr., Edward C. Maher Jr. and Marci Griffith Loeber and leasing expert Frank J. Nelson exclusively represented Boulder and procured Children's Hospital. In the Riverfront transaction, Griffin, Maher and Loeber exclusively represented the seller in addition to procuring the buyer.
