SVN's Buying Spree Continues With Chateau

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO-Equities LLC adds the five-story, 71,699-sf office building at 6160 S. Syracuse Way. It already closed on three buildings totaling 180,000 sf in the Inverness Business Park.

Kevin McKinnon, David Shapiro and Andrew Piepgras of Transwestern Commercial Services represented Hometown America. Kurt Holzcamp and A. Edwin Bartlett of HB Real Estate Services represented SVN, based in Irvine, CA.

The Chateau building will be renamed by SVN. In addition to this building, SVN recently purchased three office buildings with a total of about 180,000 sf in the Inverness Business Park, south of the Denver Tech Center. SVN is looking for additional real estate investment in the Denver area.
