Most of that total involves a 33,000-sf expansion by Taylor Technology, which develops new drug programs for the pharmaceutical industry. Taylor, a longtime tenant of the park, has taken the space at 301 College Rd. East, and will continue to maintain its existing offices at 107 College Rd. East. Vincent Marano, COO, and leasing executive Tom Stange of National Business Parks repped the owner, while the tenant was repped by Jerry Fennelly of NAI Fennelly, Hamilton.

Marano and Stange also arranged leases with IH Engineers, a consulting firm that took 4,200 sf at 103 College Rd. East, and the Hobart West Group, a national staffing firm that took 1,500 sf at 101 College Rd. East. IH was repped by Bill Barish of Commercial Property Network, and Hobart West was repped by Jon Karnick and Rick Mirliss of Newmark.

College Park is currently being expanded with College Park 2, a five-building, 345,000-sf office/research center being developed on a build-to-suit basis on 31 acres adjacent to the existing park.
