According to Peter Schofel, president of the Livingston, NJ-based Eastman Management, the asset has long been fully occupied, and "this is the first time in a long time that the building is being presented to the market." The building's systems were updated in 1997, and its lobby area was recently renovated.
Samuel Buckley and Jonathan Meisel, executive vice presidents and co-heads of JLL's New Jersey office, will lead the leasing effort. Among the targets are insurance and other financial services; legal, accounting and medical companies; and regional sales offices. Large space users will have the option of having their signage on the building, according to Meisel.
