Built in 1969 and renovated in 2000, One Broadway is a 16-story, 280,000-sf office building that is currently 65% occupied, according to Meredith & Grew's website. Located in the Kendall Square/E. Cambridge neighborhood, the building features a concierge, conferencing facilities, food service and close proximity to the MBTA.
