"Monotype Imaging toured the park in mid-December," Meredith & Grew VP David J. Pergola says in a statement. "This was very much a collaborative effort between Rreef and Monotype to sign a lease, complete construction drawings and finish the build-out in time for the mid-February move in date."
Built in 1999, 500 Unicorn Park is a five-story, 190,466-sf office building located within Unicorn Park. Located at exit 36 along Interstate 93, the park is a six-building, 600,000-sf facility. Amenities within the park include three cafeterias, two fitness centers and a 185-room Marriott Courtyard hotel.
EVP David L. Pergola, VPs David J. Pergola and John A. Carroll III, and associate Joseph J. Crowley of M & G represented the landlord. The tenant was represented by Torin Taylor, Sean Lynch, and Richard Ruggerio of Cushman and Wakefield. Specific terms of the lease were not disclosed.
