Concord Center, which features a two-story atrium, includes Concord Center I, a fully occupied multi-tenant asset completed in 1988, and Concord Center II, a 56,000-sf building completed in 2002 that is currently vacant. The complex was developed by Hi-Tech Properties LLC, led by principal Jan Tretina. The latter also heads Tretina Printing, which occupies most of Concord Center I.
"Companies from throughout New Jersey and New York are moving into towns within Monmouth County," Kretowicz says. "That's evidenced by the highest absorption rate and lowest vacancy rate in the state."
Located just off Exit 117 of the Garden State Parkway, the older building remains fully occupied. The newer asset was built on spec and hasn't been occupied since its completion.
