Located in the heart of Kendall Square, the Cambridge Center is a 12-building, two million-sf, mixed-use complex. The center contains retail, restaurant, hotel facilities and on-site public transportation. Five Cambridge Center is a 13-story, 224,966-sf flexible office space that is currently 60% occupied.
