In the headquarters office, Wade Bowlin, John Daily and Douglas Little are accorded the top ranking while D. Bernard Deaton, James Dismukes and Glen Perkins earn the title for the Dallas operation. PM Realty's David Parker in Washington, DC, and James Proehl in Newport Beach, CA, also make the promotion roster.

PM Realty Group Rick Kirk, president and CEO, credited each of the promoted employees with playing an integral part in the operation, which now oversees 140 million sf valued at more than $12 billion. The executives represent more than 150 years' of commercial real estate experience in the office, retail and industrial leasing, management and investment sales.

Bowlin and Little head up the firm's Houston office while Dailey focuses on investment services. Deaton, head of the Dallas/Fort Worth office, oversees North Texas, Chicago, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana. Dismukes, based in the Dallas office, handles national operations and property management functions.

Besides Washington, DC, Parker's territory spans Atlanta, Northern Virginia, New York City, Philadelphia, Delaware, Orlando and Tampa. Proehl oversees a portfolio of more than 20 million sfin 11 Western states.
