Amenities include an on-site cafeteria, credit union, ATM machine and health club. The building is currently 90% leased and tenants include the Visiting Nurses Association, PHT Corp. Boston Datacenters and UPS.
The building is one of four completed structures in the complex, with four additional buildings to follow. When completed, the park will have a combined total of 1.2 million sf of office/ R&D space, a central park and parking for 1,600 cars.
