In two years, Henig expanded TCC's Phoenix office from a 35-person group to a full-service, 110-employee business unit. In 2004, he was named one of a top-ranked local list of executives under 40 years old.
As area director, the 18-year professional oversees all aspects of the Arizona operation, including corporate services, brokerage, property management and project management for corporate and institutional clients. Henig began his career with Cushman &Wakefield of Arizona Inc. and later advanced to a vice president's position with the Mack Co., where he spent seven years. In 1997, he joined Cranford, N.J.-based Mack-Cali Realty Corp. to handle the company's development, acquisition, leasing and management for Arizona.
