The designer and manufacturer of point-of-purchase displays is leasing the expanded space, which includes about 120,000 sf for warehouse and assembly use and 33,000 sf for office space. At 745 Birginal Dr. in Bensenville, Niven Marketing Group has 113,000 sf.
"This particular building appealed to Niven because of its Central DuPage location and the ability to design offices to suit," says Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. principal David A. Bercu, SIOR, who represented the company in negotiations with Jupiter Realty Services managing director Frank Minik, who represented Duke Realty Corp.
The building, now 100% occupied, is one of four in Duke Realty's Carol Stream Industrial Park totaling nearly 1.3 million sf.
