Werstler is a 23-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He joined CBRE in 1983 and focuses on industrial properties. He and partner Jerry McCormick have been involved in the sale of 3,000-plus acres in more than 150 transactions; 100 sales transactions exceeding 10 million sf; and 250 lease transactions for more than nine million sf.
Pitts is western region director of the retail corporate services' specialty group. He helps to manage the development and site selection for national retailers. Recently, he has been involved in a 14-store rollout for the Mattress Firm in Arizona and Nevada, 18-store expansion for Lowe's Home Improvement in Arizona and 50-store addition for CVS/Pharmacy.
