Reservoir Place has been home to MBBP since its inception in 1993.Located just off Route 128 near the Trapelo Road interchange, it is a three-story, 529,470-sf class A office structure. Built in 1987 and renovated in 2002, the building received the 2004 TOBY Award for buildings in its class. Reservoir Place, which has a current occupancy rate of 84%, features eight shared conference rooms, an atrium café that seats 300, a fitness center, concierge and lobby shops.
Roy Hirschland, president and CEO, and Greg Hoffmeister, managing director of T3 Realty Advisors, represented MBBP. Boston Properties was represented by Jason Fivek. MTC Contruction Inc. implemented the new plans.
