The 11,433-sf space will include a "working showroom" of more than 10,000 sf of office furniture products from its top manufacturer, Knoll. Rocky Mountain Desk also has warehousing facilities in Brighton and Denver. Its current headquarters is at 7025 S. Revere Pkwy.
"Our new expanded showroom will make it easier for our customers to see more of the options available in high-quality office furniture products," says Bill Heringer, president of Rocky Mountain Desk. "This expansion will help us meet the growing needs of businesses all along the Front Range."
The expanded Rocky Mountain Desk showroom will complement the existing Knoll showroom at 1899 Wynkoop St. in Downtown Denver. Knoll is based in East Greenville, PA.
"The expanded space will allow us to display more of our newer products," says Tony Belo, regional manager for Knoll. "Clients are going to appreciate the ease of reaching this new DTC location as well as the way the products look in the showroom's natural lighting."
Tenant rep firm Studley represented Rocky Mountain Desk. Studley also helped the firm with the design and remodel of its new space, Heringer says.
