Among the Tacoma, WA-based company's $1.4-billion Real Estate Securities Fund's top 10 holdings are shares of two local REITs, Equity Residential Properties Trust and General Growth Properties. The newest member of the advisory team, Heitman LLC oversees 10% of the portfolios, while the other three advisors are allocated 30% each.
