Built in 1985, 400 Nickerson Dr. is a two-story, 84,859-sf, first class office/R & D/ manufacturing facility that also provides lab space. It is part of the Marlborough Corporate Place, an 85-acre, master-planned campus comprised of seven first class office/R & D buildings totaling 570,000 sf. The campus also has three undeveloped sites that will accommodate approximately 235,000-sf located one west of the intersection of Intersection 495 and Route 20.
