The sublease from McLane Co. is also another indicator that the industrial market in the 495-South area is beginning to come to life, according to Hughes Properties president Scott R. Hughes. "Both the industrial and flex transactions have increased over the last quarter," he tells GlobeSt.com. "KWL is a good example. They're a logistics distribution company that inventories and distributes to third parties like EMC, which is a large customer of theirs, so business is increasing."
Built in 2000, 111 Constitution Dr. is a single-story, 192,000-sf, warehouse distribution facility with a 30-foot clear height. The building is located directly of Interstate 495 at Exit 16.
Scott R. Hughes, president, and Brian A. Gagne Jr., associate, of Hughes Properties represented KWL. McLane was represented by Kevin J. Hanna, executive director, JE McDonald, director, and Meghan E. Clark, associate, of Cushman & Wakefield.
