An unnamed entity, described by NBP developer Corporate Office Properties Trust as a "large credit-worthy tenant," has signed a long-term lease to occupy the 125,700-sf building to be known as 318 NBP. Company investor relations coordinator Michelle Layne tells GlobeSt.com that COPT is not releasing the identity or even the industry of the new tenant, but names of other companies that have signed on for individual buildings are out in the open.

In September, Northrop Grumman Corp. preleased an entire 104,000-sf building, and Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. laid claim to a 162,500-sf facility later that same month. The new structure will be just one of 10 buildings comprising the park's 1.3-million-sf Phase II.

"This is another full building lease in a long line of leases at NBP demonstrating its high demand and our continued ability to deliver superior real estate solutions," COPT president and COO Randall M. Griffin says in a statement.
