Built in 1978, 10 Forbes Rd. is the largest of six buildings in the I-290 Industrial Park. The single-story, 102,408-sf facility has 21'6" clear height and 30' x 40' bay spacing. The building shares the space with Shell Lubricants and is now 50% occupied. Developed over six years, the industrial/R&D complex is comprised of six buildings ranging in size from 31,000 sf to 102,000 sf.
